What Order Statuses Mean
OVERVIEW
Explains common shop order statuses and when customer action may be required.
HOW TO
1. Review the order status shown in My Prophetic Corner.
2. Processing means the order has been paid and is being prepared unless otherwise noted.
3. Completed or fulfilled means the merchant-side work is finished; shipment tracking may continue with the carrier.
4. On hold, failed, canceled, or refunded statuses may require you to check payment details or contact Support.
5. Use the order notes or support ticket history for any special instructions.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Open Help & Support and include the affected screen, the action you attempted, any order/session/ticket/reference number shown, and a screenshot when useful. Never send passwords, full card numbers, PayPal secrets, or authentication tokens.
