How Private Phone Sessions Protect Your Number
OVERVIEW
Explains the private phone bridge and why customers and coaches do not need to exchange personal phone numbers.
HOW TO
1. Book or start an eligible phone service through The Prophetic Corner rather than exchanging personal numbers directly.
2. The platform uses a private bridge/caller system to connect the session when available.
3. Answer the platform-routed call associated with your scheduled or available-now session.
4. If the bridge fails, return to the session screen and use the available retry path or contact Support.
5. Do not ask the other party to bypass the platform by sharing private telephone numbers.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Admin operations may show masked phone information for troubleshooting while protecting the full numbers from ordinary staff views.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Open Help & Support and include the affected screen, the action you attempted, any order/session/ticket/reference number shown, and a screenshot when useful. Never send passwords, full card numbers, PayPal secrets, or authentication tokens.
