Offer Inbox: Using Offers Sent to Your Account
OVERVIEW
How account-specific offers appear and how to use them.
HOW TO
1. Open the Offer Inbox from My Prophetic Corner.
2. Read the offer terms, eligible service or product, value, and expiration information.
3. Use the offer through the provided action or apply the associated code during the eligible transaction.
4. If the offer is expired or does not apply to the selected item, choose another eligible item or contact support before making a duplicate purchase.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
