Private Mailbox: Reading and Responding to Messages
OVERVIEW
How to use private platform messages when the mailbox is enabled for your account.
HOW TO
1. Open Private Mailbox from your account.
2. Select the conversation you want to review.
3. Read the entire message history before replying so you do not duplicate an earlier request.
4. Do not use the mailbox for emergencies or payment-card information; use Support for account or transaction problems.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
