How verified coach reviews work
Coach reviews on The Prophetic Corner come from two clearly identified sources. A Verified Session review is submitted by a customer after a completed coaching or reading session and is connected to that session in our records. A Platform Review is written by The Prophetic Corner based on our direct one-on-one interview and evaluation experience with an approved coach. Platform reviews are labeled separately and are not presented as customer reviews.
To protect the integrity of the system, a customer can submit only one review for each completed session. Reviews may be moderated for privacy, harassment, spam, prohibited content, or a support dispute, but staff do not rewrite a customer's opinion to make it more favorable.
