How coach ratings are displayed
Coach profiles display reputation information and published reviews. Verified customer-session reviews are identified separately from the one-time The Prophetic Corner Platform Review. When a coach has customer reviews, the customer rating summary is based on those verified customer reviews. Before customer reviews exist, the profile may show that the coach has been platform reviewed.
Open the coach's full profile to read the individual reviews and any professional coach responses.
