Can a coach respond to my review?
Yes. A coach may post a professional response beneath a verified customer review. A response does not change your star rating or replace your review text. The response is intended to acknowledge feedback, provide appropriate context, or address a service concern professionally.
If a response contains inappropriate content, contact Support and include the coach name and session information.
