Why a review may be hidden or under review
A review can be temporarily hidden or placed under review when it includes private information, harassment, spam, prohibited content, an unresolved identity issue, or a dispute that requires staff investigation. Moderation is not intended to remove legitimate criticism.
When appropriate, Support may contact the parties for additional information. Reviews can later be republished, remain hidden, or be removed according to the moderation decision and audit record.
