Coach guide: viewing and responding to reviews
Open your Coach Portal and go to Your Reviews. You will see your Platform Review and published Verified Session reviews. Customer reviews show the customer's star rating and written feedback.
For a verified customer review, you may add an optional professional response. Keep responses factual, respectful, and free of confidential session details. Do not argue with the customer, reveal private information, or attempt to pressure the customer to change a review. If a review contains prohibited content or appears connected to a support dispute, contact Support rather than responding defensively.
