Available Now Waitlist: What It Means
OVERVIEW
How the waitlist works when an immediate coach is temporarily busy.
HOW TO
1. Join the waitlist only for the coach or service you actually want.
2. Keep your account contact information current so the platform can notify you when the next action is available.
3. Do not create repeated waitlist entries for the same need.
4. If you no longer want to wait, use scheduled booking or choose another available coach.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
