OVERVIEW
Step-by-step instructions for scheduling a coach session.
HOW TO
1. Open Book a Session from the coach profile or booking page.
2. Choose the coach if one is not already selected.
3. Choose the approved service, duration, and available date/time.
4. Review the price and any eligible coupon or reward before submitting payment.
5. Complete checkout and wait for the booking confirmation.
6. Open My Prophetic Corner to verify that the appointment appears with the correct coach, service, date, and time.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
