The Prophetic Corner uses operational reminders to help staff notice overdue support, fulfillment, application, payout, and quality-review items. These reminders do not automatically decide refunds, suspend accounts, discipline coaches, or change payouts. A staff member reviews the underlying record before taking consequential action.
