Live Chat Room: Entering Your Scheduled Session
OVERVIEW
How to enter and use the private live chat room.
HOW TO
1. Open My Prophetic Corner near your scheduled appointment time.
2. Use the session link associated with the booking to enter Live Chat Room.
3. Confirm that you are in the correct session before sending personal information.
4. Use the room for the scheduled service and the approved attachment feature when needed.
5. Use End Chat when the session is complete if that control is available.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
