Loyalty Tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum
OVERVIEW
How The Prophetic Corner loyalty tiers are determined.
HOW TO
1. Your tier is based on eligible completed purchase spend recorded to your signed-in account.
2. Bronze is the starting tier; Silver, Gold, and Platinum begin at the spend thresholds configured by The Prophetic Corner.
3. Open My Prophetic Corner to view your current tier, eligible order count, and eligible spend.
4. Refunds, account corrections, or orders made under a different account can affect the displayed total.
5. Contact Support if eligible purchases appear to be missing.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support or the Operations Inbox when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, user/coach/order/session reference, expected result, actual result, and any visible error. Never place passwords, API secrets, full payment-card numbers, or private phone numbers in tickets or notes.
