Birthday Rewards: Customer Guide
OVERVIEW
How optional birthday information is used for birthday rewards.
HOW TO
1. Open My Prophetic Corner and find the Loyalty panel.
2. Enter your birthday only if you want birthday-based account rewards.
3. The birthday is optional; leaving it blank does not prevent normal account use.
4. When birthday rewards are enabled, the system can issue the configured reward once per calendar year.
5. Update or remove the birthday from the same panel if needed.
IMPORTANT
Birthday information is used for the configured account/reward experience. Do not submit another person’s birthday.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support or the Operations Inbox when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, user/coach/order/session reference, expected result, actual result, and any visible error. Never place passwords, API secrets, full payment-card numbers, or private phone numbers in tickets or notes.
