Using Loyalty and Coupons Together
OVERVIEW
How rewards, Prophetic Credits, coupons, and loyalty tiers relate to one another.
HOW TO
1. Loyalty tier tracks eligible purchase activity; it is not itself a coupon.
2. Reward points may be redeemed into non-withdrawable platform credits under the current rewards rules.
3. Prophetic Credits can be used on eligible platform purchases according to checkout rules.
4. Coupons are separate promotions with their own eligibility, usage limits, and expiration.
5. A promotion may restrict combining discounts, so checkout determines which benefits can be applied together.
