OVERVIEW
What a maintenance notice means and what to do.
HOW TO
1. A maintenance notice means The Prophetic Corner has temporarily paused normal public browsing while an update or repair is completed.
2. Your existing account, order, booking, reading, and support records are not deleted by the maintenance notice.
3. Try the site again later rather than creating duplicate accounts or duplicate purchases.
4. If you were in the middle of a payment or live session when maintenance appeared, contact Support once access returns and provide the relevant transaction/session reference.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support or the Operations Inbox when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, user/coach/order/session reference, expected result, actual result, and any visible error. Never place passwords, API secrets, full payment-card numbers, or private phone numbers in tickets or notes.
