How Reward Points Are Earned
OVERVIEW
How base reward points are posted from eligible purchases.
HOW TO
1. Eligible paid orders can earn points using the current points-per-dollar rule.
2. Points are associated with the customer account attached to the order.
3. The system prevents the same eligible order from being awarded repeatedly.
4. Points may later be redeemed into platform credit under the current redemption rate.
5. Refunds or administrative corrections may create balancing adjustments when required.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support or the Operations Inbox when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, user/coach/order/session reference, expected result, actual result, and any visible error. Never place passwords, API secrets, full payment-card numbers, or private phone numbers in tickets or notes.
