Coach: Completing My Training
OVERVIEW
Your assigned learning appears in the Coach Portal under My Training.
HOW TO
1. Open Coach Portal → My Training.
2. Expand an open course.
3. Read each lesson and open any linked media.
4. Complete checklists or policy acknowledgments.
5. Answer quizzes; retry when an answer does not meet the passing requirement.
6. Confirm the course shows Complete when all required modules are finished.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support or the Operations Inbox and include the affected course, learner, expected result, actual result, and any visible error. Never include passwords, payment-card numbers, API secrets, or private phone numbers.
