Coach Probation and Training Completion
OVERVIEW
Training is one part of coach readiness. New approved coaches may remain in probation until required training is complete.
HOW TO
1. Complete all required courses before the due date.
2. Keep profile, payout and service setup current.
3. The platform checks whether required coach assignments are complete.
4. When training requirements are satisfied, the lifecycle record may move from Probation to Active.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support or the Operations Inbox and include the affected course, learner, expected result, actual result, and any visible error. Never include passwords, payment-card numbers, API secrets, or private phone numbers.
