HOW TO
1. Share only the amount of personal detail needed for the prayer request.
2. Do not post another person’s private contact information or confidential documents.
3. Use Support rather than the Prayer Wall for billing, booking, account, or complaint issues.
4. Report inappropriate content through the available moderation or support path.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
