How Per-Minute Live Sessions Work
OVERVIEW
Live chat, phone, in-app audio, and in-app video can use the same Prophetic Credits wallet and per-minute rate engine.
HOW IT WORKS
1. The session shows the coach rate, current wallet balance, and approximate funded time.
2. Billing starts when the coach starts the paid session or connects through an in-app audio/video room.
3. The server measures elapsed time and deducts Prophetic Credits as the session continues.
4. The customer sees low-balance and critical-balance warnings.
5. If additional funds are not added, the server ends the paid session automatically when available funds are exhausted.
IMPORTANT
The server is authoritative for billing. Closing or modifying a client app does not create extra funded time.
