OVERVIEW
Customers may change an eligible connection method until one hour before a scheduled appointment.
ONE-HOUR RULE
Within one hour of the appointment, self-service changes lock. Contact Support if a change is still needed.
LIMITS
A method cannot be selected if the service does not support it.
