1. Open the library that matches the content you want: Video, Bible Study, Worship, or Training.
2. Choose an item based on its title and description.
3. Follow any member-access or completion requirements shown.
4. Use your journal for private notes and Support for playback or access problems.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
