Why a Coupon May Not Work
OVERVIEW
Common reasons a coupon is rejected or does not change the total.
HOW TO
1. Confirm the coupon has not expired.
2. Confirm the selected product or service is eligible.
3. Check any minimum purchase, usage limit, customer restriction, or one-time-use rule shown with the offer.
4. Remove conflicting promotions if the terms do not permit stacking.
5. Open a Rewards & Coupons ticket if the coupon should qualify but still fails.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
