Rewards: Understanding Your Balance

How reward balances and redemption activity are represented.
HOW TO
1. Open the rewards area available in your account.
2. Review the current balance and any redemption history shown.
3. Use rewards only on transactions identified as eligible.
4. If a manual adjustment appears incorrect, contact support with the transaction or reward reference.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
