Payments: What a Successful Payment Means
OVERVIEW
How payment status relates to orders, bookings, and services.
HOW TO
1. Complete payment through the platform checkout.
2. Wait for the confirmation screen or transaction notice.
3. Verify that the related order or booking was also created; a payment record and a service record are related but separate records.
4. Keep the payment reference until the service or order is complete.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
