Refund Requests: What Information Support Needs
OVERVIEW
How to request review of a refund without delaying investigation.
HOW TO
1. Open Help & Support and choose the most relevant Billing, Shop, Booking, or Coach/Service category.
2. Provide the order, booking, or session number if available.
3. State the amount, date, and reason for the request.
4. Describe what resolution you are requesting without sending card numbers or passwords.
5. Wait for the ticket response instead of opening duplicate refund tickets.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
