A guide to the coach-facing operating dashboard.
HOW TO
1. Open Coach Portal after your coach account is approved.
2. Review your allocated services before accepting bookings.
3. Use the business panel for coach-specific operating controls made available to you.
4. Review earnings and ledger information from the coach finance screens rather than calculating payouts from customer totals manually.
5. Use platform support for missing services, payout problems, or account restrictions.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
