Coach Services and Rates: What You Can Change
OVERVIEW
How service allocation and coach rate controls work.
HOW TO
1. Review assigned services in Coach Portal.
2. Where the platform permits coach-set rates, enter a rate within the allowed rules and save it.
3. Where the company controls a rate or service configuration, the coach will see the assigned value but should request changes through Coach Operations.
4. Verify the customer-facing service card after any approved change.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
