Coach Earnings: Reading Your Earnings Screen
OVERVIEW
How coaches interpret earnings before payout.
HOW TO
1. Open Coach Earnings from Coach Portal.
2. Separate gross customer activity from the amount actually eligible for coach payout.
3. Review the coach share, tips, adjustments, pending amounts, approved amounts, and paid amounts shown.
4. Use the ledger detail to identify the transactions that make up a total.
5. Open a payout ticket if the ledger does not reconcile to a specific session or transaction.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
