Coach Payouts: The Seven-Day Clearance Period
OVERVIEW
Why eligible coach earnings normally wait seven days before automatic payout approval.
HOW TO
1. Completed eligible earnings first remain Pending.
2. The normal clearance period allows the platform to reconcile payment status and immediate exceptions.
3. When the clearance period expires without a hold, eligible funds can move to Approved for the next weekly payout.
4. A later refund or chargeback creates a new recovery adjustment instead of rewriting a prior payout.
