Coach Payouts: Weekly PayPal Payout Process
OVERVIEW
How approved coach balances are sent through PayPal Payouts.
HOW TO
1. Keep the PayPal payout identifier requested by the platform current.
2. Eligible cleared earnings are grouped into the weekly payout process.
3. The platform sends the approved amount through PayPal Payouts and stores the PayPal payout references.
4. Your ledger updates as PayPal reports processing, success, failure, hold, return, or other supported status.
5. If PayPal rejects the destination, correct the payout information through the approved support process.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
