Coach Payouts: Refunds, Chargebacks, and Recovery Adjustments
OVERVIEW
How later transaction problems affect a future coach payout.
HOW TO
1. If a qualifying refund or chargeback happens before payout, the affected amount may remain unavailable.
2. If it occurs after the original coach payout, the original payout record stays unchanged.
3. The platform creates a recovery or negative adjustment against future eligible earnings.
4. If the next payout is smaller than the adjustment, the remaining balance can carry forward until reconciled.
5. Use the ledger to see the specific source of the adjustment.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
