Coach Payout Is Failed, Held, Returned, or Unclaimed
OVERVIEW
What coaches should do when PayPal does not complete a payout normally.
HOW TO
1. Open Coach Earnings/Ledger and review the payout status.
2. Confirm that your PayPal payout destination is accurate and able to receive the payment.
3. Do not change payout details repeatedly while a payout is processing.
4. Open a payout support ticket if the platform shows Failed, Held, Returned, Blocked, or Unclaimed and you cannot resolve the receiving account issue.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Use Help & Support to open a ticket when the screen does not behave as described. Include the affected screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any order, booking, session, ticket, or payout reference shown on the screen. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
