The Prophetic Corner — Service Terms & Client Acknowledgment

Spiritual and entertainment service. The Prophetic Corner provides spiritual, prophetic, intuitive, coaching, devotional, and entertainment-oriented services. Readings and spiritual interpretations are subjective and are not guaranteed to predict future events or produce a particular result.

No professional substitute. Services are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, emergency, or other regulated professional advice. Clients should seek an appropriately qualified professional when such advice is needed.

Client responsibility. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. You agree not to rely on a reading or spiritual interpretation as the sole basis for decisions involving health, safety, legal rights, finances, investments, criminal matters, or emergencies.

Age. You affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Digital and live services. Live chat, phone, email readings, automated deck readings, coaching sessions, written responses, session records, timestamps, delivery records, and account activity may be retained as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve customer-support issues, maintain platform security, and document fulfillment.

Refunds and disputes. Refund eligibility is governed by the posted Refund/Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms eliminates consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If you believe there is a billing or fulfillment problem, you agree to contact The Prophetic Corner promptly so the issue can be investigated and, where appropriate, resolved.

Fraud, chargeback misuse, and abuse. Knowingly making a false claim that an authorized transaction was unauthorized, falsely claiming that a delivered service was not provided, abusing promotional credits, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, creating accounts to evade restrictions, threatening or harassing coaches, or otherwise attempting to obtain services without payment may result in account restriction or termination and preservation of relevant records for a payment-provider, financial-institution, or lawful fraud investigation. This clause does not prohibit a customer from making a good-faith payment dispute or exercising a non-waivable legal right.

Account restrictions. The Prophetic Corner may suspend or terminate access for fraud, payment abuse, chargeback misuse, threats, harassment, platform manipulation, repeated policy violations, or other material safety risks. A restriction does not erase any rights or obligations that arose before the restriction.

Privacy and recordings. Private call bridging is designed not to expose personal telephone numbers between participants. Call recording is disabled unless a separate, conspicuous consent process is implemented. Chat transcripts, written readings, and delivery records may be retained according to the posted Privacy Policy and retention rules.

No guaranteed outcome. Spiritual guidance, coaching, prayers, devotional materials, readings, and card interpretations do not come with a guarantee of accuracy, outcome, reconciliation, healing, financial gain, relationship result, or other future event.
